Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

A Calm, Collaborative Approach to Care

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is deeply committed to helping people feel understood, respected, and supported. My work focuses on supporting adults navigating mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and neurodivergent challenges through a calm, collaborative, and whole-person approach.

I believe mental health care should feel supportive, respectful, and personalized. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and comfortable showing up as yourself.

Through medication management, education, and supportive guidance, we work together to find clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of well-being.

Who I Work With

I work with both adults and children, supporting individuals and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Whether you’re seeking care for yourself or your child, each experience is approached with care, intention, and respect for your unique story.

As a woman of color, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek support from someone who may not share your lived experience. I bring cultural awareness, curiosity, and a non-judgmental perspective to every session, honoring the many identities and stories people carry.

I welcome adults and children from all backgrounds and experiences, and I’m committed to providing care that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in compassion for individuals of all identities.
